Sensitive health data of approximately 6,500 patients from Serbia appeared on the dark web following a cyberattack. The records mostly belong to gynecological patients and include names, addresses, phone numbers, diagnoses, and therapies.
The most recent records date from December 2025. Hackers claimed that a private gynecological clinic refused to pay a ransom, after which the data was published.
This incident follows a March breach that compromised data of 338,934 Telekom Serbia users. The SHARE Foundation warned about phishing risks that could arise from such sensitive data leaks.
