A 37-year-old driver from Berovo was arrested after causing a serious traffic accident while driving drunk (1.46 promille blood alcohol level) and without a license on the Berovo-Dablje road near the Shirinata locality at around 5:48 PM.

The Ford driven by the suspect collided with a Skoda. A 49-year-old passenger in the Ford sustained serious injuries, while the Skoda driver received minor injuries and was treated at the hospital in Kochani.

The vehicle was seized and the suspect was detained.
