The Municipality of Aerodrom has issued its first building permit with fully waived utility fees - a measure recently adopted by the municipal council to support young families.

Gotse from Dolno Lisiche became the first resident to benefit from this initiative, formally launching the youth housing support program.

The municipal decision grants complete exemption from utility fees for residents under 35 who build, expand, or add to their own homes. The incentive was adopted at the new council's inaugural session.

This moment is not merely an administrative step, but a symbol of new beginnings, security, and support for young people courageously moving toward their first home, the municipality stated.
