Iran claims it downed a $30 million US drone - massive explosions in Isfahan

Iran claims its air defense units shot down a US MQ-9 Reaper drone worth approximately 30 million dollars near Isfahan, on the 32nd day of the Middle East conflict.

The US president posted video footage of massive explosions in Isfahan, where bombs were allegedly used to destroy underground ballistic missile storage sites. Secondary explosions were observed at the location after the strikes.

One person was injured in central Israel from an Iranian ballistic missile attack, and vehicles caught fire in Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan and Petah Tikva. Four Israeli soldiers were killed in fighting with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, while three Indonesian UN peacekeepers died in separate incidents in the same region.

Kuwaiti oil tanker "Al Salmi" was hit while anchored in Dubai, sparking a fire on the ship loaded with crude oil. Internet in Iran has been blocked for 32 days, with connectivity at just one percent of normal levels.

Three Chinese ships reportedly passed through the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with relevant parties. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi issued a statement regarding the closure of the strait, while Chinese officials expressed concern about navigation safety.

According to sources, the US president is prepared to end the military campaign even if the Strait of Hormuz remains largely closed.
