Iran claims that the latest video of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, released to dismiss speculation about his fate following Iranian missile strikes, was made with artificial intelligence.
Israel released the video to quell rumors that Netanyahu was injured or killed. In the footage, the prime minister orders coffee at a café and says he is "dying... for a coffee," using a Hebrew expression for strong desire. He added that he "loves his people to death," expressing pride in citizens' behavior during the current situation.
The Iranian news agency Tasnim points to clear signs that the video was generated with artificial intelligence. One indicator is that the coffee cup appears constantly full without spilling during movement, and the liquid level does not decrease at all while Netanyahu drinks.
Additionally, the agency notes discrepancies in Netanyahu's facial appearance, particularly in profile views, which differ from authentic photographs upon comparison.
The video was intended to reassure the Israeli public to continue with daily activities with appropriate caution amid regional tensions.
