An Iranian military spokesman rejected American peace efforts, claiming the US is negotiating with itself. The Trump administration sent a 15-point ceasefire proposal through Pakistan.

In a previously recorded statement broadcast on Iranian state television, Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari claimed that American strategic power has transformed into "strategic failure."

"If you truly were a global superpower as you claim, you would have already escaped this chaos. Do not try to present your defeat as a deal," Zolfaghari said.

He questioned whether America's internal conflicts have escalated so seriously that officials are negotiating with themselves. He emphasized the Iranian consistent position: "Someone like us will never accept a deal with someone like you. Not now, not ever."

The official representative rejected any possibility of a deal, claiming that the era of empty American promises has ended.
