Iran has established a new transit regime in the Strait of Hormuz, imposing fees for passage through one of the world's most important maritime corridors. The move comes on the 31st day of the armed conflict in the Middle East, which continues to escalate.

Among the key developments is the confirmation of the death of the Iranian navy commander, Alireza Tangsiri, which represents a significant blow to Tehran's military capabilities.

The humanitarian crisis continues to deepen. In Lebanon, 20 percent of the population has been displaced in just three weeks, while civilian casualties are mounting - among the dead are 244 women and 214 children.

Oil prices reached 115.84 dollars per barrel, reflecting global market fears of further escalation and possible disruption of supply through the Strait of Hormuz.

Australia's prime minister called for clarity on the objectives of military operations, joining the growing international pressure for a diplomatic resolution to the crisis.
