Kiril Slezenkovski died at the age of 28. He was a member of the Central Committee of the Levica party and a councilor in the Ilinden Municipal Council.

"With deep sorrow we received the news of the passing of our comrade and fellow party member Kiril Slezenkovski," Levica announced, describing him as "self-motivated, responsible and ready to tackle problem-solving."

The party emphasized that Slezenkovski understood politics as a responsibility toward citizens, not as personal gain. "Spontaneously and without ulterior motives, he helped people," the statement reads.

His premature death represents a great loss for the local political scene in Ilinden and for the Levica party, which lost one of its most active young members.
