Nikoloski emphasized that investments in modern highways and railway infrastructure will accelerate Macedonia's economic development. The focus is on Corridors 8 and 10 as strategic priorities.

"We are working on increasing capacities and modernizing the airports," the Deputy Prime Minister stated at the annual World Bank conference in Washington.

Beyond transport infrastructure, Nikoloski announced that the Government aims to create conditions for opening research centers in the country, linking infrastructure projects with the broader plan for attracting investments.

Corridor 8 (east-west) and Corridor 10 (north-south) are the key transport routes for which the Government is planning significant investments, aiming to improve the country's connectivity with neighboring states and access to ports.
