The cybercrime sector at the Ministry of Interior's Public Security Bureau conducted a coordinated operation at multiple locations across the country to gather evidence on the production and distribution of child pornography.
Simultaneous raids were carried out at seven locations, in coordination with regional units in Bitola, Ohrid, and Strumica. Computer equipment and data will be seized for the needs of further proceedings.
One of the suspects, identified as B.K. from Struga, is the president of an association and host of a podcast with a studio in Skopje.
The operation was conducted under Article 193-a of the Criminal Code, which addresses offenses related to child pornography.
