The trial for the Pulse nightclub fire in Kochani continues, one year after the tragedy that killed 63 people and injured more than 200. An inspector testified that the hydrant was empty with no hose, and the back door was padlocked.

Only two fire extinguishers were found on the premises. There are 35 defendants, including the owner, state inspectors, and former officials.

Kochani had no safety inspector for over a decade. Judge Diana Gruevska-Ilievska is presiding over the trial.
