Russia reportedly established training camps in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, where recruits receive instructions for sabotage operations across Europe, according to a Moldovan investigation cited by Politico.

Eighty people who attended these camps are suspected of organizing mass unrest in Moldova. Twenty have been formally charged, and two more are suspected of sabotage activities in France and Germany.

Recruiters target young Russian-speaking people, offering them 300 to 500 dollars. Participants were told they were going on "two-week hiking tours in the mountains."

According to Moldovan Interior Minister Daniela Misail-Nikitina, camp participants received training in drone operation, handling explosives and smoke devices, emergency medical aid, and tactics for breaching police barricades.
