The "Safe City" system registered a total of 26,241 traffic violations in March, but also showed a significant effect on driver behavior.

Violations for running red lights dropped by 68.2 percent compared to February, indicating that cameras have a direct impact on driving discipline.

However, excessive speed remains the dominant problem. On city streets and roads, drivers continue to significantly exceed speed limits, which represents the main source of violations.

The automated violation detection system was introduced at the beginning of the year and covers multiple locations across Skopje with cameras for speed measurement and red light detection.
