JP Vodovod i Kanalizacija reports outages in water supply across several Skopje neighbourhoods due to technical defects in the infrastructure. The disruptions affect multiple streets and residential areas and will last until repairs are completed.

A defect has been registered on Todor Changov Street (no. 81) that is cutting off water supply to that area. On Serdarot Street (no. 31) the defect has left the Serdarot, Drachevska, Rechishte and Partizanska Pat neighbourhoods without water. On Yuri Gagarin Street (no. 32) the following residential areas are affected: Kozle, Korab, Mokra and Struzhka.

Additionally, part of Centar municipality is without water, and the village of Bojane is facing water supply outages in the coming four days. The utility company says the outages will last until the defects are repaired, and urges citizens to follow the posted information.

The disruptions are part of the ongoing challenge of maintaining the ageing water infrastructure in Skopje. Citizens affected by the outages are advised to secure water reserves in advance.
