A deep tragedy struck Skopje's Karposh neighbourhood on 2 March 2026. A woman aged approximately 45 and her daughter aged approximately 10 died after falling from a sixth-floor balcony at a residential building on "Metropolis Teodosij Gologanov" Boulevard, in the residential complex "Alumina".
