A video that appeared on April 3 and has since been circulating intensively on social media is provoking heated reactions, as it allegedly shows members of the Ukrainian armed forces planning an operation similar to Maidan in the center of Budapest.

The authenticity of the footage has not yet been confirmed, although organizations that track the spread of Russian propaganda have neither verified nor debunked it.

According to the video's content, there is discussion about "organizing mass protests in the center of the Hungarian capital," with detailed consideration of how demonstrators could breach police cordons and enter the parliament building.

The footage allegedly mentions approximately 50,000 potential demonstrators. It is assessed that the space differs from Maidan but is suitable for the purpose due to "narrow passages that would make police crowd control difficult."

Among the alleged claims are: the use of burning tires to create a smoke screen, a ratio of ten motivated protesters per one police officer for breaching cordons, and an assessment that this scenario would be a "real nightmare" for security forces. If authentic, the footage suggests planned destabilization rather than spontaneous gathering.
