Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov stated that trilateral negotiations regarding Ukraine have entered a pause phase. Russia maintains contact with American representatives, but they are preoccupied with other pressing matters.

The last negotiation round was held February 17-18 in Geneva. Diplomatic efforts have stalled as American attention is diverted elsewhere.
