An unfortunate incident at the Skopje Zoo - visitors stole half of the gifts intended for the first birthday of monkey Miki, a gibbon who has become a favorite among Skopje residents.

"We organized a birthday for Miki, and guests stole half his gifts," shared Vojo Ivanov, an employee at the Zoo. The event had been organized with good intentions to celebrate the first year of the little gibbon's life.

The incident sparked heated reactions on social media, where citizens expressed disappointment at the behavior of certain visitors. The Zoo did not announce whether it would take additional measures to protect gifts and props at future events.

Miki is one of the most popular residents of the Zoo and regularly attracts a large number of visitors, especially families with children.
