Iran has submitted a 10-point proposal to U.S. President Donald Trump, demanding security guarantees and the complete lifting of all sanctions as preconditions for any further negotiations.

The plan, delivered through diplomatic intermediaries, outlines Tehran\'s conditions for a potential de-escalation of tensions. Among the key demands are written guarantees that the United States will not pursue regime change, the immediate lifting of all economic sanctions, and recognition of Iran\'s right to a peaceful nuclear program.

Washington has not yet officially responded to the proposal, though senior administration officials have described some of the demands as "non-starters." Diplomatic sources suggest back-channel communications remain open despite the public standoff.

The move comes amid heightened military tensions in the region, with both sides engaging in increasingly aggressive posturing over the past several weeks.
