Today, the Macedonian parliament held a commemorative session marking the anniversary of the tragic fire at the "Pulse" nightclub in Kočani, which killed 63 people and injured more than 200.
On March 14, the Government will host an international conference titled "Institutional and Clinical Aspects and Solutions After the Kočani Fire — One Year Later." The conference will be attended by institutional representatives, health professionals, international organizations and humanitarian partners.
According to government spokeswoman Marija Miteva, the conference will be attended by doctors and medical staff from 37 countries who responded in the treatment of the injured in the fire. The aim is a comprehensive analysis of the response to the tragedy — from the first intervention and life-saving, to long-term treatment, rehabilitation and systemic solutions for the future.
Meanwhile, the court proceedings related to the Kočani nightclub fire continue.
