Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched what it designated "Operation True Promise 4," a coordinated wave of strikes targeting American military installations across the Middle East. Among the targets were Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Camp Arifjan in Kuwait, Harir Air Base in Iraq, and assets associated with the US Fifth Fleet. Iranian state media described it as "the most destructive and severe operation since the war's beginning."

Dubai's international airport was struck for the second time during the conflict, with two Iranian drones intercepted in the vicinity and four people sustaining injuries. The attack on civilian aviation infrastructure underscored the broadening geographical scope of the campaign. In response, US forces destroyed 16 Iranian minesweepers operating in the Persian Gulf region.

On the Lebanese front, Israeli airstrikes hit residential buildings in Beirut as the conflict continued to draw in additional theatres. France announced it was tripling its humanitarian aid to Lebanon, delivering 60 tons of supplies amid the deteriorating situation. Newly elevated Iranian supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei was reported to be "alive and well" by state media, despite earlier reports that he had sustained injuries during combat operations. Twelve days into the conflict, the front lines have widened substantially beyond their initial perimeters.
