Police officers of SVR Skopje arrested a 52-year-old teacher employed at a secondary school in the Centar municipality. He is suspected of sexually harassing an 18-year-old student and requesting that she engage in sexual relations with him between February 25 and March 2, 2026.

Following a complete investigation and documentation of the case, appropriate charges will follow, the Ministry of Interior announced. Precautionary measures are being taken against the suspect.

Media sources subsequently reported that the suspect is a teacher at the Skopje Secondary Art School "Lazar Licenoski." The Ministry of Interior did not officially confirm this, but stated that an appropriate criminal complaint will be filed.
