An incident occurred at the ceremonial opening of the Cesma Bridge in Banja Luka when Mayor Drasko Stanivukovic refused to stand next to Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik for a joint photograph.

"We're calling him to come take pictures, what's the problem. Drasko, come on", Dodik said.

RS Parliament President Nenad Stevandic added: "Let's go mayor, we'll all cross the bridge. Don't mess around."

Stanivukovic later explained he hadn't been formally invited and called these actions "petty games unworthy of major players".
