The third group of Macedonian citizens evacuated from the Middle East arrived last night at Pristina International Airport. The evacuated citizens had been in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, previously gathered in Riyadh by organized transport, and from there left the region on a special flight.

Foreign Minister Timčo Mucunski stated that the plane carried 151 passengers, of whom 109 are Macedonian citizens, and the rest are citizens of several other countries. "The evacuation was carried out according to a previously established plan and in coordination with competent institutions. The Ministry remains available to all our citizens who need support," Mucunski said.

Two days earlier, a special flight from Dubai brought 150 passengers, of whom 125 are Macedonian citizens. Before that, a FlyDubai flight evacuated 151 passengers, predominantly Macedonian citizens, from the United Arab Emirates.
