Trump Rejected Iran Deal: Conditions Still Not Good Enough

US President Donald Trump stated that Iran wants a ceasefire deal but that he is not prepared to accept it because the conditions are still not good enough.

In an interview with NBC, Trump declined to specify which conditions he meant but emphasized that Iran's renunciation of nuclear ambitions would be part of a potential deal. Iran wants a deal, but I don't want to make it because the conditions are still not good enough, Trump said.

At the G7 summit, Trump told leaders that Iran would soon surrender and that he had solved the problem that threatened them all. He also claimed the US had completely destroyed the island of Kharg, key to Iranian oil exports.

Trump added that the war with Iran will end when he feels it in his bones that the right moment has come, dismissing concerns about rising oil prices by claiming there is enough supply.
