Ukraine has become a global testing ground for the latest military technology, and among the systems now being evaluated in the field are humanoid robots.

The American company Foundation delivered two Fantom MK-1 robots to Ukraine in February to assess their performance in real combat conditions. The robots are made of black steel with a humanoid body shape and tinted visors instead of eyes.

During demonstrations, the robots successfully handled various weapon systems, including revolvers, pistols, shotguns, and M-16 automatic rifles.

This is the first humanoid robot specifically designed for military purposes. The company has already signed contracts worth $24 million with the US Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Company co-founder Mike LeBlanc noted that these robots can function without fatigue or fear in extreme conditions, suggesting that one day they could completely replace soldiers on the battlefield.
