Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić confirmed that Serbia possesses air-to-ground hypersonic ballistic missiles (the CM-400 system, capable of hitting targets at distances of 200 to 400 km) and that the country has a "significant number" of these missiles.

Vučić emphasized that Serbia has sufficient deterrence capacity against an attack from Croatia, Albania, and Kosovo combined, claiming they "are just waiting for a bigger global conflict to attack." He stated that Serbia is preparing defensively, expecting that global chaos would embolden its neighbors.

Nevertheless, Vučić emphasized that Serbia maintains correct relations with NATO and will preserve its neutrality: "We will not join NATO, we will preserve our neutrality."
