Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported that yesterday's attack by its naval forces on a location in the United Arab Emirates - where a secret meeting of American officers was allegedly being held - killed 37 people, with many others injured.

According to the IRGC, the attack was carried out based on intelligence information, and the target was American military personnel.

"According to reliable intelligence reports, yesterday's attack by the Guard's naval forces on a secret gathering of American officers in the UAE resulted in 37 dead and the wounding of numerous individuals who were transported to city hospitals," the statement said.

No confirmation from the US and UAE

There is currently no independent verification of these claims, nor have authorities in the UAE or the United States officially responded to the allegations.

If the claims prove accurate, it would represent a strike on an exceptionally high-value target, with potentially direct operational consequences. At the same time, the incident on UAE territory further complicates the security picture in the region and raises questions about the conflict expanding beyond conventional combat zones.
