President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Iran, stating the country could be "wiped out in one night" if it continues its aggressive actions against the United States and its allies.

The statement, posted on social media and later reiterated at a press conference, represents one of the most direct military threats ever made by a sitting U.S. president against Iran.

"If Iran does anything foolish, they will be hit harder than they have ever been hit before. Iran can be wiped out in one night - don\'t test us," Trump wrote.
