Chris Norman brings the Lifelines tour to the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna on March 21, 2027 at 8 p.m. Varna is the middle stop of what the organisers say is his last Bulgarian tour, after Sofia on March 19 and before Plovdiv on March 23.

Norman is the voice of Smokie's biggest years, from the mid-seventies to 1986. "Living Next Door to Alice", "Lay Back in the Arms of Someone" and "Oh Carol" are songs people know even when they can't name the band. With Suzi Quatro he recorded the 1978 duet "Stumblin' In".

After leaving Smokie, he opened his solo career with 1986's "Midnight Lady", a Dieter Bohlen song that went to number one in Germany. With his band, the concert mixes Smokie classics and the solo hits.

Tickets on bilet.bg cost 30 to 72 euros, roughly 1,850 to 4,440 denars. Varna in March, without the summer crowds, is a different story from the one we know from the beaches.
