British band Henge (HENGE) plays Club Pave in Sofia on November 4, 2026 at 8 p.m. It's one of those concerts where the band's legend matters as much as the music.
According to their own story, Henge are not from this planet. Seven years ago they "landed" on Earth and have been playing ever since to teach humanity to stop waging wars and to build new homes in space. They perform in alien costumes, and the lyrics and stage banter are in the same tone, full of winks.
Behind the joke is a serious reputation. At the Independent Festival Awards in the UK they won best live act, they have released two well-reviewed albums, and they regularly play the main stages of festivals. Their music is hard to label: it sits somewhere between rave and progressive rock - energetic, subversive and playful. A band that makes people laugh and dance while talking about war and hope is a rare combination.
Tickets on bilet.bg cost 25 euros, roughly 1,540 denars.
