U.D.O. play Hristo Botev Hall in Sofia on February 4, 2027 as part of the „Triple Anniversary Tour Europe 2027" - a run that marks three jubilees at once. Tickets are on bilet.bg for a night with one of the most recognizable voices in classic heavy metal.
U.D.O. is the German heavy metal band founded in 1987 by Udo Dirkschneider - the ex-Accept frontman who walked out at the peak of that band's career to start his own thing. Under „U.D.O." he has put out more than 18 studio albums and still delivers the voice that defined him in the Accept era: that high, rasping shriek, aggressive rhythmic phrasing and the unmistakable West-German rocker sensibility.
„Triple Anniversary Tour 2027" celebrates three milestones at once - Udo Dirkschneider's 75th birthday, 40 years since U.D.O. was founded, and the band's 20th studio album, dropping in early 2027 on Reigning Phoenix Music. The tour covers around ten European countries in January and February 2027, with the Sofia stop locked in as part of the Eastern European leg.
Hristo Botev Hall is one of the largest concert venues in Sofia, with the capacity for a packed metal crowd. The tour traditionally runs close to a 2-hour setlist with classic U.D.O. cuts plus Accept anthems - „Balls to the Wall", „Princess of the Dawn", „Metal Heart". Tickets on bilet.bg.
