But whatever the framing - no processed food, no refined sugar, seasonal ingredients. That's the part anyone can imitate, no full moon required.
Madonna has never hidden her cosmetic procedures - she even joked about post-op swelling on social media. The paradox: a woman who openly discusses her surgery but lets nobody else write the narrative of her own age. „I will not apologize for my physical appearance", is her line.
In the Balkans, routines like these sound like private luxury - takes time, takes money, takes motivation. But at least part of the list - yoga, walking, seasonal food, bodyweight training - needs neither a paid trainer nor a moon-phase diet. Maybe that's the point hiding behind the glitter.
