Arsenal Fest has announced its 2027 dates and put tickets on sale before naming a single act on the bill. The festival runs at the Prince's Arsenal in Kragujevac from June 24 to 26, 2027, and a three-day pass costs 4,500 dinars in the early-bird tier.

Selling tickets to a festival whose line-up nobody knows is a move that only works when the audience has a reason to trust you. Arsenal Fest earned that reason through editions that brought Paradise Lost, The Cardigans, Cockney Rejects, Destruction, Napalm Death, Sonata Arctica and Hellfreaks - in 2026 alone. That is a span from Swedish pop to British grindcore, which tells you the booking is not tied to one genre but to whether a name holds up on a big stage.

The site is part of the story. The Prince's Arsenal is a former military complex in Kragujevac, in the heart of Sumadija, a city that was Serbia's first capital. A festival inside an industrial building with that kind of history comes with a set design nobody has to build, and for a metal and rock programme that is usually more than half the job.

The slot is fixed: the last weekend of June, every year. That is a position in the calendar festivals defend for years, because the audience starts planning holidays around it rather than the other way round. The 2027 names will be announced later.

For an audience coming from Macedonia, Kragujevac is one of the closer destinations for a big rock festival, north of Nis on the motorway toward Belgrade. The 4,500-dinar early tier works out at roughly 2,370 denars for three days - a price that will not stay there once the line-up drops.
