Bulgarian pop star Mihaela Marinova has scheduled her first solo concert at the prestigious Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia on November 28. The show is part of the autumn edition of the „Salon of the Arts" programme and marks a big step in the career of one of Bulgaria's most popular young singers.
Mihaela Marinova, born in 1998, broke onto the Bulgarian music scene through the third season of „X Factor", where as a finalist she performed a duet with the format's British winner James Arthur. Since then she has built a successful pop career with a string of hits like „Stapka napred", „Ne ti li stiga" and „Listata padat", which regularly climbed to the top of Bulgarian radio charts. Beyond music, audiences also got to know her through wins on the TV formats „Your Face Sounds Familiar" and „The Masked Singer".
A first solo concert at Hall 1 of the NDK, the most prestigious concert hall in Bulgaria, confirms the status Marinova has built over the past decade. The show, organised together with the label Virginia Records, promises an evening of her biggest hits in a lavish production.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and the concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets sell through bilet.bg and the NDK ticket centre. For Bulgarian pop lovers from Macedonia, Mihaela Marinova's first big solo concert is one of the more notable November picks in the neighbourhood.
