Orange Took Over the Weddings of 2026: The End of White and Beige on the Tables

For years, weddings moved in safe tones - white, beige, dusty pink, everything that won't offend anyone. But 2026 brings a rebellion against that restraint: orange, from terracotta to mandarin, has become the hit of wedding tables. And it's not just an autumn trend - it works in every season.

The beauty of orange lies in its boldness. It „radiates energy, joy and sophistication,“ say the florists, creating an atmosphere of „freshness, elegance and personality.“ Instead of hiding among neutral colours, orange carries the whole table - and precisely for that reason it demands a sure hand in how it's used.

The ways are countless. Floral arrangements with dahlias, ranunculus, tulips and gerberas in warm tones. Linens in stripes or in a solid colour. Napkins, candles, glasses and place cards for guests in shades of orange. Some couples go even further - fruit sculptures with oranges, lemons and grapes as the centrepiece of the table.

The examples come from all over the world: a tropical celebration in Mexico, a wedding overlooking the Alhambra in Granada, a romantic imperial table on Lake Como, a modern ceremony on a rock in Vietnam. Orange fits every style - tropical, rustic, minimalist, romantic. It doesn't require a particular setting; it creates the setting itself.

There is something liberating about this trend. The wedding was long a territory of strict rules about what is „proper,“ and every deviation was felt as a risk. Orange on the tables is a small sign that maybe we're beginning to celebrate the way we actually want - warm, alive and without the fear that the colour is „too much.“
