Aries

Aries will be the calmest person in the room today and nobody will realise it takes effort. They will sit through a meeting where everything that can get tangled does, and will not raise their voice once. At home they will say out loud what they held back, to somebody who has nothing to do with it.

Taurus

Taurus will today give away an object that has sat unused for years and will immediately start wondering whether that was a mistake. They will not miss the object. The thought that they might have needed it will stay with them longer than the object ever did.

Gemini

Gemini will get no news at all today, neither good nor bad, and that is exactly what will irritate them. A Monday with nothing new is harder for them than a Monday with a problem. They will start checking things that need no checking, just to have something to open.

Cancer

Cancer will be the one who comes up with the solution in the middle of somebody else's argument, and will offer it so quietly that it takes three attempts to be heard. When it is implemented, it will be recorded under somebody else's name. Not even that will change how they behave next time, and this is closer to stubbornness than they are comfortable with.

Leo

Leo will be asked about something they do not know today and will answer exactly that - that they do not know. No turning it into a story that reveals they do in fact know something adjacent. The conversation will move faster afterwards, which will annoy them slightly.

Virgo

Virgo will today throw out something she kept for months "in case it comes in handy" and will need it the next day. A perfectly small thing, neither expensive nor irreplaceable. But the whole system she builds on having foreseen everything will be shaken by one plastic box, and by Friday it will be back in place.

Libra

Libra will today side with the person losing the argument rather than the person who is right. That is not an error of judgement. It is the only position from which anyone sees the whole table at all.

Scorpio

Scorpio will today remember where they know a person from after ten minutes of talking, and will not mention it. They will keep steering the conversation from a place the other one does not know they occupy. What passes with them as guarding good manners is closer to enjoyment.

Sagittarius

Sagittarius will read something all the way through today. The whole text, without skipping to the last paragraph to see how it ends. They will be bored in the middle and will stick with it anyway, which is happening for the third time this year.

Capricorn

Capricorn will hear today that something they predicted happened exactly as they said, and will feel less satisfaction than expected. Being right about a bad thing is not a victory, it is only the same thing experienced earlier. By evening they will be looking for someone to help with it, rather than someone to tell that they knew.

Aquarius

Aquarius will catch themselves today explaining the same idea for the third time to the same people, in the same words. The problem is not the people. The problem is that the third time they are saying it faster, not differently.

Pisces

Pisces will have a completely ordinary day today. Nothing worth recounting in the evening, not one moment they will carry for weeks. Days like this are most of a life and nobody writes a horoscope for them, but they are exactly what later adds up to what you call a good stretch.
