A rock band and an entire brass band on one stage, in a Zagreb club. Igralom and Bogdan Nikolić Donja's Brass Band play on Thursday, 29 October, at 9 pm at Vintage Industrial in Zagreb, as part of the "Beyond Jazzg" programme of the 17th Zagreb Jazz Festival.

Igralom formed in June 2015 in Niš. They have described their own sound as "psychedelic trance-blues", while Britain's Morning Star heard new wave with funk and dissonant electric guitar in their music. Today the organiser presents them as a line-up scattered between Zagreb, Belgrade and Kragujevac that mixes rock with Balkan sound.

With Bogdan Nikolić Donja's trumpeters they recorded the live album "Nišville Live 2025" at the Nišville festival last summer. Belgrade's Danas wrote that the brass underlines and thickens every line and rhythm, singling out "Lešinari", "Zlato" and "Kafanče" from the album. The organiser bills the evening as a dance night. A jazz festival handing its stage to a brass band for a night: how many festivals in the region would dare?

Tickets cost 15 euros, about 920 denars, on entrio.hr, plus a 1.50 euro fee. The club is on Savska cesta, right in the heart of Zagreb's club scene.
