The numbers don't lie: the jam home is in the afternoon

The data we collect is clear. Toward Greece it is calmest early in the morning, while the queue builds up around midday. Going home it is the opposite - the wait climbs in the afternoon and today it spiked to 58 minutes at 2 PM, exactly when everyone leaves the beach at the same time. After 6 PM the border breathes again.

The rule is simple

Head to Greece early, before the border fills up. Going home, avoid the afternoon rush between 1 and 5 PM. It is not magic, just a rhythm that repeats every day - only until now nobody showed it to you in one place.
