You no longer have to guess when to leave for Greece

Anyone who drives to Greece on holiday knows the same headache - you set off in the morning full of hope, and at Bogorodica a queue several hours long is waiting for you. Until now the only tactic was to ask friends or hope for luck. Now metla.mk gives you something more concrete: a forecast of the border traffic, for each of the next seven days.

It works simply. You open the clock in the Greece guide, pick the day you plan to travel, and get an hour-by-hour picture - green means clear, orange means busy, red means it is better not to set off then. The forecast is based on data from Nakordoni and covers both leaving and returning, in both directions.

Besides the forecast, the page also shows you how heavy the traffic is right now - live, through the cameras at the three crossings. So before you get in the car you know both what the situation is now and what awaits you on the day you choose.
