A FlyDubai aircraft carrying 200 Serbian citizens evacuated from the United Arab Emirates landed at Belgrade airport. The flight was part of efforts to repatriate regional citizens affected by the suspension of flights due to instability in the Middle East region.

The airline suspended a large portion of its regular flights due to ongoing tensions and aviation restrictions affecting air traffic. Priority during the evacuation was given to passengers with previous bookings, who were directly contacted for rescheduling of their flights.

The company warned passengers not to arrive at the airport unless they had received direct confirmation and instructions. The flight on a Boeing 737 Max 8 brought the evacuated passengers directly to Belgrade, where family members awaited them.

The evacuation of Serbian citizens is part of a broader regional effort to repatriate citizens of Balkan countries affected by the Middle East crisis. Uncertainty in the region continues to affect air traffic, and thousands of passengers are still waiting for possible return home.
