Dylan Moran is coming to Kino SC in Zagreb on March 6, 2027, with his new stand-up show "Looking For Trouble". Tickets go through entrio.hr, and the Zagreb crowd will be among the first in the region to see the new material.

The Irishman is best known for "Black Books" - the British sitcom he wrote and starred in as Bernard Black, the bookshop owner who hates books and customers in equal measure. The show won him a BAFTA and a Bronze Rose from Montreux. Before that, at the 1996 Edinburgh Festival, he became the second-youngest winner of the Perrier award in its history - he was 24.

His stand-up is not built on punchlines but on talk: long sentences that start out as a complaint and end as a philosophical aside, with a rhythm closer to a monologue than a set. The British press stuck the label "joyfully cynical" on him, which is more accurate than most.

This is part of the 2026/27 European tour, and Kino SC is a room that works well for this format: no stage separating the performer from the audience, and not so big that the rhythm of the speech gets lost. The date is far off, but the new material will be the same show Moran has been running through British theatres, not a version adapted for the region.
