Lollipop closes Maksimir with an open-air event on September 25, 2026, from 18:00 to midnight. Tickets go up to 29 euros via entrio.hr. The organiser calls the night the stadium's last chapter, and in Zagreb that is not marketing copy - the reconstruction of Maksimir has been on the table for years, and this format will not be repeated there.
Lollipop is one of the longest-running party franchises in Zagreb, built around open-air summer dates and club nights down the coast. This show is the first of that size on the ground itself - not in the hall next to it, but on the pitch, with the rig set up so that the stands become part of the stage.
Maksimir Stadium has stood since 1912, and generations of Zagreb have passed through it, mostly for the football. The organiser uses exactly that as the frame for the night: a place where people grew up, celebrated and lost, now opened up for a different kind of gathering.
What stays unclear is the programme. The announcement carries no line-up - only a format, a time and a location. For a night at up to 29 euros a ticket in a stadium-sized space, that is a lot of trust to ask of an audience. Then again, the same brand has run that model in Zagreb before, and the rooms filled up.
