Sofia's FOMO in the park throws a big nostalgic party on July 16 - After Work: Back to the 90's, with two of Bulgaria's best-known DJs behind the decks, Dian Solo and DJ Doncho. The event takes place at Vidas Art Arena in the velodrome in Borisova Gradina, with a themed selection of hits from the nineties and the 2000s.
Dian Solo is one of the most recognisable names on the Bulgarian electronic and club scene, a DJ and producer with a long career and a distinctive style focused precisely on the nineties dance sound. Together with DJ Doncho, he is preparing an evening of dance, house and crossover hits that marked an entire generation, conceived as a nostalgic journey through two decades of sound.
The event is part of Vidas Art Arena's open-air summer programme, giving it a setting different from an indoor club - a party under the open sky in the heart of Sofia. The After Work format is aimed at a crowd that wants to start the evening early and enjoy a relaxed but energetic atmosphere, and there is also a kids' section with an entertainer for the youngest visitors.
The event starts at 6 p.m., with tickets on sale through Ticket Station. For lovers of the nostalgic dance sound from Macedonia holidaying or travelling through Sofia, this evening is a fun pick to kick off the summer season in neighbouring Bulgaria.
