A traffic accident on the regional road between Podmolje and Struga was reported to the Struga police at 8:20 pm on September 25. A Peugeot 2008 with Strumica plates, driven by 59-year-old J.M. from Strumica, collided with a Ford Fiesta with Kichevo plates, driven by 41-year-old K.Sh.Z. from Kichevo.

The driver from Kichevo came off worst, suffering serious bodily injuries. The Peugeot's driver and his 57-year-old passenger R.M., also from Strumica, were injured as well. Their injuries were confirmed at the Medical Center in Struga.

A Struga police team examined the scene. Who caused the crash, and how, the bulletin doesn't say. And that is really the only thing drivers on that road need to know.
