DUI: Governing Party MP Accidentally Reveals Government Is Violating the Language Law

DUI accuses the government of violating the Language Law - and they learned this not from their own investigation, but from an MP of coalition partner "Vredi" who, in an attempt at propaganda, accidentally revealed the violation himself.

According to DUI, the "Vredi" MP published material showing that government documents are not being issued in Albanian as required by law. Instead of proving "Vredi's" success in government, it became proof of the opposite.

The situation is a classic Macedonian comedy of errors: the coalition partner discovers a violation by their own government, the opposition uses it for attack, and citizens watch yet another round of mutual accusations without consequences. The Language Law has been in force since 2019, and the debate over its implementation hasn't ended a single day since it was passed.
