Ladies Soprano perform their „Belcanto Italiano“ programme on September 27 at the mts Hall in Belgrade. After ovations in Novi Sad, the four Italian sopranos arrive in the Serbian capital with a spectacle dedicated to Italian bel canto.
Taking the stage are Veronica Cardullo, Martina La Malfa, Carmen Lopez and Sara Tizba, presenting themselves in their leading operatic roles but with an approach that lends a modern sheen and elegance to classical opera performance. Their programme pairs the most famous opera arias with Neapolitan songs, as well as the film music of the legendary Ennio Morricone.
The sopranos are accompanied by the „Le Muse“ orchestra under the baton of maestro Andrea Albertini. The result is an evening where operatic tradition meets a staged show format, designed to appeal to both seasoned opera lovers and those stepping into that world for the first time. The concert was originally scheduled for January 4, 2026, but was postponed due to bad weather that prevented the performers from travelling.
The show is on Sunday, September 27, starting at 20:00 at the mts Hall in Belgrade. Tickets are on sale through tickets.rs, with prices starting at around 1,900 dinars.
