From September 10 to 13, Šibenik again hosts SHIP Festival, a showcase festival and music conference combining concerts with a professional programme for the music industry. The fourth edition unfolds across several venues in the city, among them St. Michael's Fortress above the Adriatic, the Arsen art house, the Azimut club and the underground electronic space Tunel.

SHIP is conceived differently from the classic summer festivals - the focus is on discovering new names and on connecting musicians, labels and promoters from across the region and Europe. This year the programme counts over fifty shows with a bold and varied lineup. Among the international names are Swedish collective Fauna, who fuse Nordic folklore with trance, British rapper JayaHadADream, winner of Glastonbury's emerging talent competition, and Belgian psychedelic Anatolian rock band Turkish Kebap.

From the Croatian scene, RH Space Orkestra, indie-folk artist Miriiam and Zagreb disco-pop trio Ki Klop perform, while special attention goes to Marko Bošnjak, Croatia's representative at Eurovision 2026. The mix of concerts in an ancient fortress and underground clubs gives the festival a setting few events in the region can offer.

Tickets sell through entrio.hr, priced up to around 79 euros for a full festival pass. For visitors from Macedonia who want to discover new names from the European scene in the setting of a Dalmatian town, SHIP is one of the most interesting September destinations on the Adriatic.
