Parts of Skopje will be left without water and electricity today due to planned technical works and a fault in the water network. The water cut-off affects the "Nikola Trimpare" to "Partizanski odredi" stretch in Centar municipality, caused by a fault on Lenjinova street No. 56. Duration: until the fault is repaired.

The power outage affects residents of "Justinijan Prvi" street in the Drachevo neighbourhood, from the Makpetrol petrol station to the Sveti Spas church, in Kisela Voda municipality. Time window: 08:30 to 15:30. EVN Macedonia announced the cut-off as part of scheduled technical work on the grid.

Routine information, maybe - but a recurring reality for parts of Skopje where the infrastructure gets patched more often than it gets upgraded. The residents of Drachevo are not hearing this for the first time.
