Morgan Jay has added a second date at Kino SC in Zagreb - 1 June 2027, after the first one, booked for 2 June, sold out. Tickets are on eventim.hr, and the tour is called "La Dolce Vita".

The American is neither a straight stand-up comic nor a musician, but a format of his own: the show is a mix of stand-up, live music and crowd work through an autotune mic that lets someone from the room sing along with him. It sounds like a gimmick, and it is one - but it is also the entire machinery of his popularity.

The virality came from TikTok. The clip "Just Friends?" pulled in over 129 million views, and the bits where he improvises a song at a stranger in the audience are what carried him from alternative New York clubs to arenas. He trained at the Tisch School of the Arts, played MTV's Wild'n'Out, NBC and Comedy Central, and in 2023 he was picked for New Faces at Just For Laughs.

What is worth noticing about the Zagreb dates is the order itself: the first one sold out, so the promoter added another - but before it, not after. That is a signal that sales beat the projection and that Kino SC, at its capacity, is already a small room for him. In Britain the same tour goes straight into arenas.
